Firstly, you should know that if you are purchasing Canva using one of your mobile devices, you cannot cancel your Canva subscription using a web browser - and vice versa.

You'll have to use the devise, or equivalent of it, to cancel the subscription.

How to cancel a Canva subscription?

Whether you want to cancel your free Canva trial or a Pro subscription the same cancellation steps apply to every device.

STEP 1:  Go to canva.com.

STEP 2: Log in to your account.

STEP 3: Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.

STEP 4: Then, go to ‘Account settings’ from the menu.

STEP 5: From the navigation menu on the left, go to ‘Billing & Teams’.

STEP 7: Click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ option under subscriptions.

STEP 8: In the pop-up window, click ‘Cancel Subscription’ to confirm.

That's it. Your Canva subscription is now cancelled.

Alternatively, you can pause your subscription if you think you'll need to use it again at some point.
