Hiri Motu, a slightly different form of the language, is the third official language of PNG. The other two official languages of PNG are English and Tok Pisin, or Pidgin. PNG has 850 different local dialects and Motu is just one of them. Motu is spoken by Motuans, living in and around Port Moresby.
